Do you require a deposit?
How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking your move 2–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date. However, we understand that moves can come up unexpectedly and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.

What equipment do your movers come equipped with?

Our crews arrive fully equipped with professional moving equipment including thick, high-quality moving blankets, dollies, straps, tools, plastic wrap, floor protection, mattress bags, and other supplies necessary to protect your home and belongings during the move.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Santa Barbara, Goleta, Isla Vista, Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria, Hope Ranch, Santa Ynez, Solvang, Los Olivos, Buellton, Ventura, Ojai, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding communities. We also provide long-distance moves throughout California.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, business Zelle, business Venmo, major credit cards, and in some cases checks. Please note that credit card and business Venmo transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.

If you are packing yourself, we recommend having all boxes properly packed, sealed, and labeled before our arrival. Important items such as medications, valuables, personal documents, purses, laptops, and anything you prefer not to place in the moving truck should be set aside and transported with you. Having boxes packed and walkways clear helps ensure a safe and efficient moving day.
